Responsibilities
- Scope positions with clients and gather essential information
- Write, edit, and proofread position descriptions
- Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
- Implement networking strategies for each search
- Evaluate potential candidates and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Present candidate pools to clients and draft memos and documents
- Manage candidate information flow and update the firm's database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree desirable)
- 2 to 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience
- Understanding of healthcare and organizational dynamics
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates' accomplishments and organizational fit
