Responsibilities

• Own assigned requisitions from intake and recruiting strategy through candidate start
• Translate client requirements into focused searches and compelling candidate messaging
• Use Bullhorn, AI-enabled tools, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to build qualified pipelines
• Conduct consultative candidate interviews and create accurate, persuasive submissions aligned with client priorities
• Prepare candidates for interviews, manage competing opportunities, and close offers effectively
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and accurate Bullhorn records

Requirements

• Three or more years of full-cycle agency, consulting, professional staffing, healthcare or IT recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success meeting placement goals
• Strong candidate qualification, interview preparation, negotiation, and closing capabilities
• Experience recruiting healthcare IT, EHR, payer, provider, care management, analytics, or healthcare business operations talent preferred
• Experience with Bullhorn or a comparable ATS/CRM
