Responsibilities

• Facilitates the proposal development life cycle from receipt of RFP through final submission
• Determines and coordinates proposal outline and schedule to meet deadlines
• Conducts proposal kickoff meetings with internal stakeholders
• Develops proposal responses by assembling content and coordinating with subject matter experts
• Responsible for editing and proofing all submission documents
• Maintains assigned sections of the Content Library within proposal technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of experience in bid writing and management
• Experience responding to RFPs in healthcare, public sector, education, or workforce solutions
• Experience with staffing services and proposal management platforms
