Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walk-ins and scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with district leadership
- Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure job orders are filled quickly and accurately
- Track and report on competitive activity and hiring trends
Requirements
- At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
