Responsibilities

• Provide client site support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Manage candidate and client onsite communications
• Cultivate relationships with hiring leaders and local educational institutions
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Schedule interviews and manage the offer process
• Edit and post positions to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 1-2 years proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment
• Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts and practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
