Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs
• Source passive talent and build diverse pipelines
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain data hygiene in the Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• At least 2 years focused on GTM/Commercial roles
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, tech, or marketplace companies
