Compensation

Salary Range: $45-52K annually

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen resumes, and interview applicants
• Develop creative sourcing plans through community engagement and social media
• Write effective content for online job postings
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates
• Participate in meetings to understand daily order fill goals
• Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks

Requirements

• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume driven environment
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process
• Track record of success with client engagement
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards
