Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $100-130k per year.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing internal teams and workflows
• Identify potential prospects and represent clients effectively in the marketplace
• Contribute to the preparation of position specifications and candidate presentations
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Stay informed about market activities and management changes in the relevant industry

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a professional services environment serving private equity clients
• Interest or experience in the Healthcare industry
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree a plus
