Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and place healthcare professionals into travel and contract assignments
• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified nursing and allied healthcare professionals
• Conduct phone interviews and consultative recruiting conversations
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians through proactive communication
• Maintain accurate and complete candidate records within the ATS
• Discuss and negotiate compensation packages and assignment details

Requirements

• Associate Degree and 0-2 years of professional experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of professional experience
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, account management, or relationship-based consultative roles
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience utilizing recruiting technology, CRM systems, ATS platforms, or candidate databases

Additional Information

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
