Responsibilities

• Identify, source, recruit, screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates for temporary and full-time positions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support client relationships.
• Research market conditions and available talent.
• Draft job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and extend competitive offer packages.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with placed talent to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to job fairs and industry conferences as required.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience
• Previous clinical or scientific experience
