Responsibilities

• Perform client engagements and drive optimization services using Healthcare Enterprise Labor Management methodology.
• Identify, analyze, interpret, and present data and trends relevant to client objectives.
• Apply Lean process development techniques to improve operational workflows.
• Build and implement training curriculum on workforce strategies and technical solutions.
• Lead cross-functional internal work teams to meet client needs.
• Influence clients through data and consultative approaches.
• Grow client relationships with additional products and services.
• Deliver expertise using written and presentation methods.
• Coach less experienced team members.
• Create reporting and data-driven insights from raw data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
• Master's Degree preferred
• Healthcare systems experience (Operations or Clinical)
• 2 or more years of strategic account management or consulting experience
• Presentation to executive level audiences experience preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar experience preferred
