Responsibilities

• Mentor new recruiters and source, interview, and fill contract positions.
• Establish positive relationships with candidates and educate them on the travel industry.
• Collaborate with internal partners to improve candidate presentation to clients.
• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network.
• Make independent decisions to fulfill production standards.
• Offer personalized coaching to recruiter trainees.
• Run productivity reports using the internal applicant tracking system.
• Plan prospecting strategy to contact a high volume of candidates.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
• Experience in inside sales or recruitment
• Healthcare staffing experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with Salesforce

Additional Information

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
