Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses including internal equity reviews and market pricing studies
• Provide data-driven recommendations regarding pay decisions and market adjustments
• Review and assess requests for new positions and job reclassifications
• Maintain accurate documentation including job descriptions and compensation analyses
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on compensation-related initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, finance, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED and 9-11 years of relevant compensation experience
• Experience administering or supporting sales compensation and commission programs
• Experience conducting compensation analyses, market pricing, and salary benchmarking
• Experience with job classification, job evaluation, and organizational design
