Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve Fulfillment, Sales, Recruiting, and client service processes
• Conduct structured discovery with frontline employees and business leaders
• Map current-state workflows and identify bottlenecks
• Develop future-state process recommendations
• Facilitate working sessions and build alignment across teams
• Document findings and recommendations in executive-ready formats

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting
• Experience improving complex, cross-functional processes in a service or staffing environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with operational data
