Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and fill contract positions for nursing professionals.
• Establish positive relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations.
• Educate candidates on the travel healthcare industry and benefits of traveling with AMN Healthcare.
• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network and retain clinicians.
• Execute a prospecting and marketing strategy to engage and attract nursing talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Consult with clinicians regarding their career situations to build trust.
• Qualify clinicians' likelihood to accept travel assignments.
• Discuss and negotiate compensation packages.
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for client interviews.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• 2+ years of nursing recruitment experience
• Sales or recruiting experience
• Experience building relationships with candidates through phone-based outreach and consultative conversations preferred
• Healthcare staffing, travel nursing, or clinician recruiting experience preferred

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
