Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation studies including internal equity reviews and cost analyses for salary adjustments
• Maintain documentation on all jobs within the assigned area
• Review reclassification requests and new position requests
• Evaluate and provide recommendations on salary adjustments and promotions
• Assist with drafting and revising job descriptions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• Experience in commissions and sales compensation required
