Responsibilities

• Generate sales, increase revenue and profitability.
• Recruit top talent to fulfill open client job orders.
• Establish and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leaders to plan and deliver projects.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, skills marketing, and social media outreach.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent.
