Compensation

$45,000 + COLA + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the recruiting cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and provide career coaching
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools and technologies
• Advise account managers and clients on skill-set availability and hiring timelines
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates
• Participate in a structured Sales Readiness Program for transition to Account Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with at least 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong interest in B2B sales and relationship-building
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information
