Compensation

Salary: 45k + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annual)

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the recruiting experience cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants
• Understand clients’ business and IT initiatives to match consultants with opportunities
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong ethical standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Additional Information

Training compensation is $16.50/hr and eligible for overtime. Employees also receive a cell phone allowance.
