Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants through outbound calling
• Understand clients’ business and IT initiatives to match consultants with hiring needs
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong ethical standards
• Eagerness to learn and experiment
