Compensation
$45,000 + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities
- Recruit top IT consultants and manage the recruiting cycle
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools
- Leverage market expertise to advise clients
- Negotiate compensation packages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
