Compensation

$70,304.00 + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the recruiting cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools
• Use AI-generated insights for data-driven decisions
• Advise account managers and clients on skill-set availability and hiring timelines
• Negotiate compensation packages for candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3 years of professional experience or 4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and experiment

Additional Information
