Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for clinical healthcare positions
• Building and maintaining active and passive talent pipelines through creative sourcing
• Serving as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to develop creative candidate attraction strategies
