Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Conduct market intelligence and size talent pools for niche technical roles
• Develop job mapping strategies and target account lists
• Build and execute customized sourcing strategies
• Engage with passive candidates and maintain candidate experience
• Represent Discord's brand at industry events
• Maintain data hygiene and track sourcing metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment
• Experience hiring senior, staff, principal-level engineers
• Strong technical aptitude
• Expert-level proficiency with boolean search techniques
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like SeekOut, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse
