Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to identify new IT staffing opportunities
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for IT professionals

• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals
• Build and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates
• Utilize creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Collect and analyze data to optimize hiring processes

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and staffing solutions
• Proven ability in cold calling and establishing client relationships
