Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across the internship and new-grad recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate candidate and program data
• Partner with recruiting coordinators on candidate communications
• Support job and offer administration
• Help coordinate onboarding and intern needs
• Track recurring work and flag risks
• Improve team templates and processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent or program operations, university recruiting, or events
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities
