Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand hiring goals
• Develop and run sourcing strategies for GTM roles
• Identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates
• Build candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods
• Conduct talent research and market mapping
• Provide insights into talent availability and pipeline health
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates
• Test new sourcing approaches and tools

Requirements

• 3 or more years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience building pipelines for GTM roles
• Experience using sourcing tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to create sourcing strategies for specialized roles
