Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates
• Develop relationships with university groups to enhance branding on campus
• Plan and execute on-campus events for early engagement
• Drive a positive candidate experience for new graduates and interns
• Build and iterate on the year-round internship program

Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle university recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create a strategic campus strategy
• Active and data-driven approach to problem solving
• Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities

Additional Information

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. Travel up to 30% may be required during peak recruiting cycles.
