Responsibilities
- Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients
- Market services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
- Recruit, interview, and match management resources professionals with clients’ projects
- Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service
- Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in local trade association and networking events
Requirements
- Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of consulting/project delivery experience
- Big Four, audit, or professional services experience preferred
- CPA and/or MBA is a plus
