Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of healthcare providers
• Perform high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Conduct career conversations with healthcare professionals
• Identify and present qualified candidates within 48 hours of search launch
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of candidate interactions in Jobscience/ATS

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume, activity-driven roles
• Healthcare experience, ideally supporting clinical or provider roles in acute care settings
• Proven ability to manage high outreach volume while prioritizing shifting demands
• Experience working in KPI-driven environments

• Hourly pay rate of $22.75 - $27.00, dependent on experience
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission
