Responsibilities

• Support the Territory Manager in daily operations and sales generation
• Recruit, onboard, and place associates
• Generate and fill orders for job placements
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the branch
• Process payroll for associates
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and associates
• Engage with customers and associates to build lasting relationships
• Perform job site visits and check-ins as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or related field
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred
