Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A finance support to delivery teams on productivity, demand planning, reporting and metrics
• Own recurring budgeting and forecasting for assigned lines of business
• Identify and understand business challenges and propose solutions
• Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insight
• Partner with the finance team on metrics, goals and business reviews
• Create presentations with insightful analysis and action items
• Work on corporate projects affecting the entire organization
• Examine external and market trends to help target opportunities
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
• Eligibility to work in Canada or the United States
