Responsibilities
- Provide first level support to field staff and facility customers
- Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements
- Manage staffing activities between field staff and clients
- Communicate updates to field staff and facility customers
- Develop and foster relationships between clients and field personnel
- Resolve field staff and client concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in the staffing industry
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
