Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to clarify analytical requests
• Lead analytical discovery to translate business problems into measurable questions
• Define and refine key performance indicators
• Explore data to identify patterns and trends
• Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools
• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources
• Participate in planning and delivery of BI solutions
• Review existing reports for accuracy and usability
• Provide guidance and training to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools, Sigma preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
