Responsibilities
- Provide first level support to field staff and facility customers
- Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements
- Manage staffing activities between field staff and clients
- Fill open shifts with qualified field staff
- Communicate updates to field staff and facility customers
- Report discrepancies in staffing schedules
- Develop relationships between clients and field personnel
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the staffing industry
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- High school diploma or equivalent
