Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product roles.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of technical roles from mid-level through executive seniority.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring strategies.
• Deliver targeted talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Create efficient, structured hiring processes.
