Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for the client and partner with hiring managers
- Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders
- Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns
- Source candidates using sophisticated Boolean search language and social media
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates
- Continuously build talent pipeline and keep hiring managers informed
- Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required
- Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience
- Experience in an in-house, RPO or agency setting
- Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques
