Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted search strategies
• Conduct in-depth market and organizational research
• Identify and assess executive talent
• Serve as a trusted research advisor to Client Partners and Recruiters
• Demonstrate expertise across the biopharmaceutical value chain
• Prepare executive candidate profiles and market intelligence reports
• Ensure data integrity and promote best practices in research methodology
• Support business development with market maps and competitive analyses
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retained executive search or specialized life sciences search
• Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry
• Ability to manage multiple executive search engagements
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced research methodologies
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced education preferred
