Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to contractors throughout their assignments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Payroll, Legal, Recruitment, and Account Management.
- Support contractors from onboarding to off-boarding, including pre-access requirements and safety compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-clients to drive retention and referrals.
- Ensure turnaround times are met and services are sourced at the lowest cost.
- Assist with incident management and HR issue escalation.
