Responsibilities

• Run searches end to end for field sales roles
• Map sales teams at competitor medical device companies
• Advise sales leaders on market conditions and candidate quality
• Present tight shortlists of candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network in specialist call points
• Collaborate with researchers and recruiting colleagues

Requirements

• At least 10 years of senior stakeholder and client relationship management experience
• At least 5 years in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search
• Experience in writing insightful profiles and reports
• Demonstrable experience working within tight timescales and high demand environments
• Strong external networks and understanding of best practices
• Fluency in written and spoken English
