Compensation

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 52k and 102k CAD annually for Canada or between 50k and 70k USD annually for the USA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized talent.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research.
• Identify and engage prospects through various sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and communities.
• Produce talent intelligence and market reporting.
• Consult with client stakeholders to refine recruitment strategies.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and market response.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, talent intelligence, or strategic recruiting within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Ability to research and source difficult-to-find talent using advanced search techniques.
• Experience developing talent maps and market intelligence reports.
• Strong consultative skills to advise stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.

Additional Information
