Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical data management activities for oncology studies.
• Oversee clinical data management deliverables from study start-up through database lock.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution of data management processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary data management contact for sponsors.
• Translate sponsor requirements into effective study processes.
• Coordinate resources and manage project risks with cross-functional biometrics and clinical teams.
• Maintain delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies.
