Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
• Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process
• Manage the recruitment process and sourcing
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates
• Manage candidate relationships and communicate client value proposition

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
• 5+ years of client facing experience
• 5+ years of sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline development

This is a contract position requiring on-site presence in Williamsburg, VA, five days a week.
