Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via various sourcing methods
• Screen candidates to match qualifications with open roles
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
• Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment
• Ability to identify top talent
• Experience in negotiating and closing candidates
