Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles
• Recruit across various Design roles, including Product Design and Brand/Visual Design
• Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline health

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for design roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to assess design portfolios
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
