Responsibilities

• Identify and implement efficiencies in solution execution
• Utilize data to create and drive project plans to completion
• Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction
• Advise clients on best practices and opportunities for improvement
• Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry
• Ensure teams are forecasting accurately and drive the Talent Demand Planning process
• Define, communicate, manage, and monitor individual and team metrics

Requirements

• 3-5 years managing operations functions
• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• 3+ years of experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS, CRM, and social media tools
• Experience managing projects from end to end
• Experience with KPIs and reporting out results
• 3+ years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
