Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters with day-to-day activities
• Understand job requirements and screen applications
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Conduct phone screenings for shortlisted candidates
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage candidate tracking systems and job requisitions
• Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and follow-ups
• Develop knowledge of financial products and investment banking

Requirements

• Degree in finance or knowledge of financial instruments is advantageous
• 1+ years of experience in financial services sales or recruitment
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
