Responsibilities
- Assist senior recruiters with day-to-day activities
- Understand job requirements and screen applications
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct phone screenings for shortlisted candidates
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process
- Manage candidate tracking systems and job requisitions
- Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and follow-ups
- Develop knowledge of financial products and investment banking
Requirements
- Degree in finance or knowledge of financial instruments is advantageous
- 1+ years of experience in financial services sales or recruitment
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
