Responsibilities
- Partner with consultants in the development and execution of search assignments
- Evaluate work history and education of potential candidates
- Develop candidate identification strategies and analyze research data
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and monitor trade publications
- Manage research projects and create communication plans
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure successful completion of search assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years' experience in executive search or similar professional services research function preferred
- Healthcare, higher education, or not-for-profit industry knowledge is a plus

- Base salary of $60,000 to $70,000
- Target bonus of 10% of base salary
