Responsibilities

  • Manage GTM job postings from hiring manager brief to live posting
  • Maintain requisition IDs and recruiting admin layer
  • Partner with recruiting coordinators on interview scheduling
  • Ensure ATS hygiene and accurate data for hiring decisions
  • Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI and automation solutions

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or similar admin-heavy role
  • Obsessive attention to detail
  • Strong with tools and fast to pick up new ones
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High agency and curiosity about recruiting
