Responsibilities
- Manage GTM job postings from hiring manager brief to live posting
- Maintain requisition IDs and recruiting admin layer
- Partner with recruiting coordinators on interview scheduling
- Ensure ATS hygiene and accurate data for hiring decisions
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI and automation solutions
Requirements
- 2–3 years in a recruiting coordinator, talent ops, or similar admin-heavy role
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Strong with tools and fast to pick up new ones
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High agency and curiosity about recruiting
