Compensation

$19.50 - $24.25

Responsibilities

• Recruit, qualify, and close locum tenens physicians across multiple specialties
• Own full-cycle locums recruiting with a sales execution mindset
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs and productivity metrics
• Proactively source physicians using various techniques
• Effectively sell locums opportunities to physicians
• Build and maintain a strong physician pipeline
• Partner closely with account managers and other teams
• Accurately track activity and conversion metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency recruiting or sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated success in quota-based or performance-driven roles
• Strong closing skills
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions
